As Managing Partner at HUB Financial Services, Omar leads the depository institution consulting team and works with clients across the United States to reimagine their balance sheet management process. Prior to consulting, Omar was treasury officer for a traditional community bank in South Texas and a wholesale bank in Dallas, Texas where he also served as Advisory Board Director for the Lone Star New Markets Private Equity Fund. Omar is a frequent national speaker for various programs including the Federal Home Loan Bank and Bank Director Magazine.
